Andrew Bottrell is a senior defence and industry leader with nearly four decades of experience in Defence and Whole-of-Government delivery, as well as international coalition operations and global partnerships.
As Head of Land Systems Division within the Department of Defence, he led multi-billion-dollar programs, including the establishment of the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance Enterprise.
His career incorporates numerous operational deployments to East Timor, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and senior roles with the US Army, Lockheed Martin (UK), and Boeing Commercial Airplanes (US).

Grant Dooley is a senior executive and former diplomat with more than two decades of experience across investment management, infrastructure, and international affairs.
He was the inaugural CEO of Breakthrough Victoria, leading the Victorian Government’s A$2 billion innovation fund, and previously headed ARA Infrastructure and Hastings Funds Management Asia, where he secured over A$1.5 billion in capital commitments.
Grant also served as Australia’s Consul-General in Guangzhou, advancing trade, investment, and diplomatic relations across China.

Philip Levinson is a senior executive with over 40 years of leadership experience across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US. He has served as CEO of two Singapore Exchange-listed companies, helped establish Blackstone’s Australian operations, and led the IPO of Cromwell European REIT.
A former Royal Australian Navy Intelligence Officer, Philip now focuses on venture investment in defence and dual-use technologies and serves as a non-executive director on several boards. He is also the author of Three Peaks Leadership – How to Make It as a CEO (and Beyond).
